Our Process

Selection of ingredients used in beer production.

1. The Selection

The raw materials are chosen: cereals, hops and yeast.

Cereal grains germinating, the first step in the beer production process.

2. The Malting

Barley grains are moistened to start germinating and the process is abruptly stopped to dry them.
The grains can also be wheat or oats.

Grinding of grains to prepare beer production.

3. The Grind

The shell is broken so that the sugar in the grain is exposed.

Mashing process, where grains are mixed with hot water.

4. The Mashing

The grain sugar is converted into simple sugars through enzyme action, producing the wort.

Boiling of the wort during beer production.

5. The Boiling

The wort is boiled in a boiler at high temperatures, sterilizing and stabilizing it. This is where the hops are added.

Fermentation tank where beer changes through yeast activity.

6. The Fermentation

Yeast comes into play, transforming the sugars in the wort into alcohol and carbondioxide. Now we can truly saywe have beer.

Beer maturation in a tank before bottling.

7. The Maturation

The beer is kept at a specific temperature, allowing the elimination of unwantedcharacteristics in the final product, which might harm its flavor and aroma.

Beer bottles being filled and prepared for distribution.

8. The Filling

The beer is placed in kegs and is ready to be tasted.
