Selection

The raw materials are chosen: cereals, hops and yeast.
Malting

Barley grains are moistened to start germinating and the process is suddenly interrupted to dry them out.
The grains can also be wheat or oats.
Grinding

The husk is broken so that the sugars in the grain are exposed.
Brassage

The sugars in the grain are transformed into simple sugars by the action of enzymes and the must is obtained.
Boiling

The must is boiled in a boiler at high temperatures, which sterilizes and stabilizes it.
This is where the hops are added.
Fermentation

In comes the yeast, which transforms the sugars in the wort into alcohol and carbon dioxide. Now we can say we have beer.
Maturation

The beer is kept at a specific temperature, allowing for the elimination of unwanted characteristics in the final product that might impair its taste and aroma.
Filling

The beer is poured into barrels and ready to be tasted.
